or do you really think a missile shield will lead to nuclear disarmament in America? And if it's "getting there," why are we actually deploying it now, rather than developing it further? Spending billions on deploying something known to fail at its stated purpose is NOT part of any testing cycle, before you go there. Unless you work for Microsoft.
