I eat meat. Does that make me a killer? Well, I haven't actually killed the animals I have eaten (that I recall, but there was an incident with a deer and a Buick that... Nevermind). But I am still somewhat "culpable" in their deaths. Let's see how I feel about that... Hmm... Oh, wait, I've got it. Yummy!
Now, let's think about it from the standpoint of vicious animals that are attacking me. Would I kill them if I had the ability? Hmm... Yeah. I think I would.
Now, let's suppose that I define "humans" as just a species of animal. For various reasons, I won't put them in the "comestible" category. Normally. But I will definitely put some of them in the "vicious animal" category. And those folk need killing.
And if you are going to keep saying _anything_ about the "war on terror" I am going to keep saying that your dictionary is broken.
With a broken dictionary, you are in no position to be telling anyone else how to define anything.
