Since the NK ship Sosane was NOT flying its flag in international waters, and the captain and crew LIED about the manifest, do you really think that everything was kosher?
The US and Spain exercised their proper rights, according to international maritime law, to stop and inspect that ship.
Oh, and regarding your fanciful retort, "Really ?...", check some facts. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission, www.nrc.gov., specifically here.
http://www.nrc.gov/materials/sp-nucmaterials.html. Paragraph 2 states that no commercial US nuclear plant is currently operating for plutonium enrichment.
Does the NK have any publicly available information regarding its operations?
And another thing. The US stopped its shipments of oil AFTER the NK revealed they were firing up the nuke plants, not before.
