They bragged about being able to produce this, and the US cut fuel shipments.

now, North Korea, which says it is "peace-loving" and has no nuclear weapons plans, says it is restarting its Yongbyon reactor following a U.S. decision to halt fuel shipments to the country. (clicky) I just don't feel convinced by either the US or the N.Koreans. There must be more to it than we will ever know. *shrugs*
