of North Korea? Naturally, the king emperor dictator for life president would be pissed. But until the people are actually allowed to have a voice without fear of immediate punishment, you really can't say what they honestly want. I'd guess that if you explained all the ramifications to them (they _must_ be even more ignorant of the world than the average American is), many of them would be pleased to no longer be in a country that is and has been practically begging for someone to attack.
