and it would be a first strike, not a REPSONSE to a strike made against US assets or territories, hence it would be an aggression. but who cares, right? well, we do. And I'm sure the people of North Korea would as well. Precision strikes are good in movies. bombs DO stray, and a 500 Lb pound smacking in a nuclear reactor would be quite messy, if I may say so myself....
