Quick question for non-Americans: by slayer2002-12-27 05:59:39

They signed away that right. by slayer2002-12-27 06:14:26
      true ... by yoyo 2002-12-27 06:27:01
but so did the US. and they still operate nuclear plants that could be used in theory to produce weapons-grade plutonium don't they? even if they didn't, the US probably has enough of the stuff to create a few thousand more bombs, strap them on a ballistic missile (you know ... Tomahawk) and WHAM.

Then again, dream with me a second, if you will. What if N. Korea really DID need the power from this plant to keep its people warm? What if they were full of good intentions and wouldn't use this plant's byproduct to create plutonium. What intrinsic right does the US have to object to that ? What right does any country have to object to the internal functioning of any one other country ?
