Acutally, I always liked... chmod -r 666 . (I think that is the correct syntax) What does it do, you ask? Well, it removes ALL the execute permissions from every file. And, you can't undo that, because CHMOD becomes un-executable. "I can see all my files, but I can't do anything with any of them." evil grin Note, do NOT try this at home.
