Last week, the transportation director of my company got upset that I wasn't home to answer his call when he had a problem. When I found out, I answered his question and calmly explained to him that he needed to page me if I wasn't home. I also explained that our voicemail system pages me everytime an "urgent" message is left in my voicemail box. Well, I just got into work today, and I had 4 messages on my voicemail. They were all basically the same, each was just more angry than the one before. They all went something like..
lUSER:Hello. This is an URGENT(him saying urgent, not the system) message, that means you're gonna get paged. So call me(left no name or number) because I can't dial-in.
he never really left me an urgent voicemail. I never got paged, and hes gonna come up in my office screamin and hollerin about how I never helped him when he gets in this mornin. How am I supposed to help some1 that can't help themself? |
