The UF appeal for help by Kickstart 2006-11-19 12:55:59
Why should you help UF?
  • You like Illiad a whole lot and wish to keep him from a life in 'rough trade'
  • If UF does really, really well you might save the mods from a life of drudgery (w*rk) - if we can convince Illiad that his un-ill-gotten gains would be better served helping his fellow man/woman/Naruki than buying him a beach house in the Dominican Republic
  • Because one day, young grasshopper, you too may do damned cool net stuff and may want a place to show it in the comment board or as LOTD
  • I'll sick Nea on you (for good or bad)
  • ....
  • Would you be bored/pained/flanged/polkadotted/oppressed or expunged if UF went away?

Think about it, do as your convictions see fit. That's all any of us can do. This message is going to appear a few seconds before the QOTD does for the next while (my choice, not Illiad's). Sorry folks, it really is important.

Thanks,

Kickstart (who remains a wholly unpaid advocate of UF - no conflict of interest)
