Try going for a GSA contract, theres abotu 20 forms and 1 contract (which is about 200-250 pages) that you have to fill out, all of which are suffering under MSOffice. Its rather sad that the gov hasnt yet decided to moe over to a much cheaper open source alternative. Worst part, you actually have to print 5 copies of above said contract to mail to them. Then they sya the paper must be 90% post-consumer recycled. Like that really makes a differencce.
