the wives of unfaithful husbands, and their children.... a very draconian idea occurred to me about 15 years ago, when the numbers were not so staggering......isolation or execution of those (relative) few who are already infected, to stop the spread to the many who are still uninfected...... what sort of cost/benefit ratio would have been realized? I can already feel the flames..............
