High-tech work -- like a factory? by DaNutBall2006-11-19 12:55:59

I can't complain about my current client. Been there 3 years as of next Feb, although my consulting company sure doesn't provide any job security anymore. All the disadvantages of 1099 without any of the advantages.

There was talk about making a union in the area, but I'm not sure how I feel about it.
