The inofficial No I aint gonna smoke no more thread

Ok, I'll try this once again. When I left my SO's home this morning (where I only may smoke in the garden) chewing my chewing gum (it's odd weather here, so garden isn't that inviting), I thought to myself: "Well, now you haven't had a cigarette for at least 14h, why the h*ll now?" You know, normally it's just one move - entering the car, lighting a cigarette. Today: no.

So I'm in the office now, got some work to do. I left the cigarettes in the car, so I don't have them handy. I feel really bad about this. I moved all ashtrees out of sight and opened all available windows (we're three heavy smokers here, you get the picture). Now it's as cold as in the garden, but I have no cig ... uhm, bad thoughts.

I even thought about not brewing coffee as coffee and smoking are somehow related (all you smokers out there know what I mean). Even worse, coffee and chewing gum ... well ...

So here I sit, appreciating any advice on how to get through this (I tried this at least 10 times before:-/). Or just join me in my efforts. Or just entertain me. Hey yes, entertain me :)
