He does indeed, Harrison Ford was a much better Jack Ryan than Afflek or Baldwin. Of course the movie pissed me off because the set it in current day, and Ryan is like 25 but in all acuallity this novel takes place long before Patriot Games which was set in the mid 80s IIRC (In fact Ryan is president in present day America). Not to mention numerous other inconsistencies in the movie that conflict with this and other books/movies I've decidid never to watch another movies based on a novel I've read.
