First off, it obviously depends on what kind of job you want.
Secondly, if you have experience, almost any degree would be fine. A lot of people think degrees are pointless, and in a lot of ways they are. I haven't used anything from my undergraduate education since I left school (i have a BS in physics.) What a degree shows people is that you can start something, finish it, and come out smarter in the end.
Now, in your situation, that last sentence is complete crap, since you can OBVIOUSLY start something difficult, finish it, and come out smarter in the end.
My personal opinion is that you should either a) work towards a degree closest to the field you want to work in or b) work towards a degree in something you like.
You can't go wrong with computer science. I've never heard of computer business, and taking a major AND a minor always looks good.
Disclaimer: I do not, nor have I, nor will I ever work in an HR department, so take the preceding opinions at your own risk.
