I love having multiple offers on the table. Only happened to me a few times, but each time it quickly became clear that only one option was one I could take. How secure do you feel your bank position is? I'm only curious because it seems a lot of banks have been doing mergers. A friend of mine worked as a programmer at ABnAmro (LaSalle Bank) for years and was laid off in 2000.
