If you have not been on the helldesk then you're trash. If you do not have a 4 year degree in Computer Science, and 15 different credentials (CCNA, CCNP, A+, MCSE, MCSD, Linux+, iNet+, Net+, Jahoovawhatsit++...) and 10 years experience, you're trash. If you do not already have a job, you're trash. If you're trash, they don't hire you.
