Gotta admit, I'm the only person I know who has showed up at an ABATE rally on a Japanese "rice rocket"...wearing an expensive helmet. Got some VERY major attitude at first. Got respect in its place when I explained I thought it was a choice (wearing a helmet) that shouldn't be mandated by law (here we go on my lettle "legislate the risk out of life and live forever" rant), and I didn't like ANYBODY telling me what to do, not even a bunch of freaking outlaws on Harleys... someone even bought me a beer. |
