Sounds like a hardware problem. Make sure nothings loose and every things connected properly. If that doesn't get you anywhere, strip out everything thats not absolutely necessary (extra RAM, NICs, etc). If it runs with everything stripped down, start adding things till it breaks. If it doesn't run stripped down start swapping parts to try to isolate the problem (of course this requires a spare PC, but you seem to be posting from somewhere). Good luck :>)
