On this day, a thought. by Dok 2002-11-11 17:41:01
Whilst Armistice Day is still in our minds please spare a thought today for those in the world for whom peace is not a part of the near futre.

The people of Iraq are at the moment preparing to be bombed by combined armies in the west. Imagine, if yo will, walking to work, waking in your bed, cudling your children or just watching TV with the thought constantly in your mind that any day now bombs will be falling on your house. Look about at your loved ones and wonder what the people of Iraq must be thinking about thiers at the moment before you advocate for war.

Terroism is a horrible thing. Nobody should have to live in terror, nobody.

So please, without this becoming a long debate about weather we should or should not go to war, please spare a thought for those living in terror. Lest we forget.
