aka Craft of the Day or Intrest of the Day? So what thing are you taking on today? I'm doing dream catchers. :) This is what a dream catcher looks like(at least the style I'm making but I'm putting beads at the junctions to each thread in the web) About Dream Catchers(Asubakacin/Bwaajige Ngwaagan) How to make a dream catcher How to make a 3d dream catcher One more link on their history and how to make them There is something similar to dream catchers in the chinese culture. I can't however remember the name of the items. They are made from jade(rose or regular) with bells, beads, and tassles and hung above doors and windows. They ward off evil and bring goodness. /me now heads off to get out my brass hoops and beads to make some. :)
