I think it irritates the heck out of gay guys as well. It also bugs those that are bi the wise cracks they make. But I did know one bi woman that couldn't be bothered with guys after some bad relationships. Then again I know a gay woman who really isn't thrilled with some of the partners she's had either.(certainly doesn't make her straight or even consider being straight) I'm personally bugged by people that think they can "Un-gay" someone if they try hard enough or whatever. I've seen women try to do it and some guys who though not necisarily seen them try to do that to a woman have seen them get some sort of perverse kicks off of it.(ie making lewd comments like it is strictly about sex) Basically you don't seen non straights joking they can make straights gay/bi or trying to make some lewed comments on their orientation.
