How can you give a verdict "beyond all reasonable doubt" when parts of the evidence fall short of this mark? If you as a jury are going to convict it is your duty to disregard any evidence which has the possibility of being tainted. By this mark the merest hint that the evidence was incorrectly obtained must lead to a not guilty verdict. If it is not obtained in trial, then it certainly will be on appeal. Is that the result you're looking for?
