Suppression of evidence by flamebait2006-11-19 12:55:59
So throw the confession out. by nin_man 2002-11-11 14:45:03
Does it matter? He was found in a car clearly designed as a cover for long-distance killing, WITH the murder weapon, after the person he was in the car with called to confess to another murder.

At the very least, he could easily be convicted of ten counts of accessory - if, of course, the other fellow doesn't rat him out.

I don't know how his attorneys expect him to beat this. At least with a confession he had a chance for a plea bargain that might net him only two life sentences.
