Suppression of evidence by flamebait2006-11-19 12:55:59
Releasing through the press that he confessed... by DireEyez2002-11-11 13:37:11
Things have been leaked to the press by flamebait 2002-11-11 13:51:51
all through the case. If they couldn't stop it before, what makes you think it was deliberate now?

As for your second concern, I specifically stated that the means of gathering the information should be disclosed to the jury, and that officers should be punished for violations of policy or civil rights. If the jury is told that you were beaten for 'x' hours until you confessed, just how much credence do you think they will give the confession?
