1) it depends. On the more crude "wow, she's hot" it would be the general form of her body, things need to be in proportion. Unlike some people I do think that too much of certain atributes is unattractive.. But that's more for what I look for in someone nice to look at rather than in a potential SO. In that situation the face is by far the most important feature. Don't ask me which bit, I don't know, I just know how I feel, not why.
2) I don't know, everyone else just says "too much" :)
