If you don't already have Partition Magic, consider getting it if you're going to be doing a lot of messing about with partitions anyway, just because it's nice to have a reliable program that you still have possession of even if you hard-format every drive in your comp (as long as you don't lose the cd, anyway), and also because it comes with a deal that installs a bootable version of PM on a floppy (because it's a lot easier to muck around with partitions when you're not doing it through an OS installed on your hard drive).
Oh, and about versions---PartitionMagic 4.0 (or possibly earlier) does FAT to FAT32 conversions if I remember correctly. Admittedly, this memory is only aided by my having a PM 4.0 CD and knowing that I at one point used it, and by my remembering that at some point in time I converted a FAT partition to FAT32 using PM. --fetus
