my usual response was "well, since you're single too, I'll make sure I try and hook you up with the first female gorilla I meet... that'll be about your type". Now, of course, I just look smugly at them and say "well, by that logic, you're gay... and while I'm flattered, I'm also spoken for!" Astonishing really, that those who think like that are almost always single, and complaining about it...</sarcasm overload>
