My sister encountered Miss (Moose) Mitton. Three weeks after back surgery, with doctors note in hand, she demands my sister do four laps of the track. My sister says NO. Screaming match ensues. My sister tells her to go to the Vice-principal's office - she will meet her there (Note: students are not supposed to send the teacher to the principal's office... just doesn't happen). My sister goes to the office and gives her story. A while later, Moose is asked in. My sister hears - as she is leaving - "What were you thinking...." Next year, it was my turn. Moose remembered my sister. I also ended up taking the teacher to the office. We got along like nitro and glycerin.
