There are plenty to chose from but these are the two most LART worthy I can think of.
Option 1:
My CS 302 (systems programming??) teacher was great, but the TA was dumb as a brick.
Every test of mine he graded was incorrect. I _always_ got points back. One test went from 49% to 99% after his errors were corrected. It got to the point where I was deliberately obfuscating my labs just to get back at him (I haven’t used so many 1 character variables since BASIC). Still, I passed the class ranked #1, so I can't complain too much.
Option 2:
I only had this teacher for 2/3 of a class, but....
The third time I took English 102 (I kept getting physco teachers) it was taught by a “new age” TA. I knew from the start that I wasn’t going to like this teacher. His first assignment was going to be some weird beatnik poetry kind of thing, and it looked like it was only going to get worse. Then he started picking on the deaf girl.
He was babbling along at a million words per minute, so she asked him to slow down so her translator could keep up. He did for a little while, then he speeded up again. So she asked him to slow down again. Then…. he…. started…. talking…. like…. this…. At that point I decided for sure I was going to drop the class as soon as it was over. But he wasn’t done being a prick yet. After a couple of minutes he was once again babbling along at a million words a minute. So she asked him if we could get a copy of his notes, since it was so hard to keep up with him. He went into this big tirade about how the TAs were only allowed to make so many copies, and “He would be DAMNED if he was going to waste his own money” on us.
At that point I stood up, walked out of the class and off to drop the class.
