your right, guess they must be mostly Vietnem vets then, they'd be in their 40's and 50's. I wonder if that percentage was total residents or single male residents. If that is males only that still does not sound like a unusual percentage. Though I am sure the percentage get lower and lower as the draft-generation ages.
