I don't hear anything! ;-P I guess it comes down to 2 points. 1) Why regret what you can no longer do anything about? All that does is waste your time being miserable when you could be out doing something regrettable. ;-) 2) Moderation is better then excess. Would you rather regret not having the triple scoop ice cream cone, or not having a life because you are too fat to fit through the door? Would you rather regret missing the gourmet meal, or being kicked out of your house for failing to make the mortgage payments? Or would you rather have an occasional single scoop, and an occasional good meal, and avoid the regrettable consequences of excess?
