Like the Erma Bombeck one. That one focuses on non-commercial type stuff. Rolling down the windows of the car on a beautiful day even if it messes up your hair. Playing in the grass with the kids even if it gets grass stains on your khakis. Those are some worthwhile thoughts that don't take time away from the to do list but make life a little more pleasant. Of course, I've received that email about a million times and I have to say I don't really care anymore. Friends don't spam friends. And if someone spams me it better be for a damn good reason or they aren't a friend much longer.
