you are correct -- Freeway drive into work (and back) is at 80-90 mph. most of our "hiways" are state roads (not federal and even here, many of them are set for 55 or 60 mph). I know about max/min speeds -was just being a smarta$$...Out here in the boonies we're WAY spread out (why spend to build "up") and our "public" transportation is probably more dysfunctional than yours (two cars in frone of every trailer ;-)

Why would someone want to rear-end someone driving the speed limit? I honestly don't know -- but out here they often do that kind of "stuff"-- I was run off the road a few months back -- called the sheriff's dept and they basically asked if anyone had been hurt? ...since no one was, did they really need to send a deputy dawg my way? after all, they get a dozen or so of these calls every day. I just live in a loco place...

you live in Motor city, I live in Moron city... will try to get back to UF later... gotta go take care of family crisis.... :-(
