if she has plenty of ex's it is not bright to make the first move, because then she can make the last move overnight. hanging around and making her make her move will give you the advantage, that she has made an effort to get you (so she will not want to let you go) and if she does not make a move .. try to tease the move out .. and if it still won't come .. be a friend (it is all she wants from you)
