NT backup domain controller without reinstall? by nix 2002-11-04 13:29:44
Does anyone know if it is possible to set up a backup domain controller without reinstalling NT 4.0 Server? If so, where could I find documentation on this process?

My candidate machine is currently on a resource domain or the domain I want to back up. Assuming that the above is possible, would I have to change the domain membership of this box?

(If I can't do it on our NT file server, I can try on our Linux/Samba file server. However, I can't change the domain membership of either box.)
