Most of the time, though, I prefer to drink my coffee as pure and unadulterated as possible. Freshly ground beans, not more than 5 minutes from grinding to brewing. Filtered water, unbleached non-chlorinated filters, etc. Mmmmmm . . . when the coffee tastes exactly like a mouthfull of crunchy coffee beans, that's a good cup of coffee! :D
