...and you leave half of your face on the road for about a 15 foot stretch... Sorry, but their fuel efficiency doesn't weigh in as much as their level (or lack of) passenger/driver safety. I drive mostly highway miles. I recieve close to 30 MPG with my 4cyl. 5-Speed Manual transmission Pick-up truck. Of course, that is at 55 MPH, in which case, I can drive just under 594 miles. I also don't have to fear taking a spill and scraping half my body off on the pavement. A more impressive statement would be if you stated that you owned one of those much safer then a Motorcycle Merlin vehicles, a full on electric or a hybrid automobile.
