It's weird - the Help Desk got slammed with calls this morning, as many calls in the first 5 hours as we normally get all day, but all of them relatively simple, and no one in a crabby mood. It's like living in an evil parallel universe where Cartman is nice and Kenny is rich!

Of course, it could just be me - I'm still in a really good mood from yesterday.

*Beams good mood vibes towards SF*
