just do not get it. Like the time several years ago I was supposed to maintain a web site and web server (programming java for it). Only problem was that I wasn't given access to the room it was in. Wouldn't have been an issue except that the particular web server needed regular restarts. (iis 3 or something) When I needed to restart it (and not allowed to restart it from my machine) or correct something else on it, I was supposed to hunt around for one of the people that had access, and have them escort me in. Let's see. I had file manager access to that box, and a number of others as administrator, but I just wasn't allowed physical access to them. That makes sense.
