If you're Japan, I might think you're lucky to get lots of tech toys we see later or not at all in the rest of the world. If I saw you here in New Zealand, I'd be somewhat surprised if you didn't have a camera to your eye, siezing kids with blond hair and taking photos of them next to your loved ones... Come to think of it, I think the Japanese government knows what they're doing - they export the latter to us, and keep the former for themselves ;)
