mellow, non agressive seeming, guys here that a few ladies would probably like... They strike me as nice guys anyhoo... and hmm they'd not finish last necisarily. What it seems like though is alot of nice guys are very shy or have low self esteem or something. Frankly I want a guy that is nice, bright, and an equal partner... not someone I dominant the heck out of or who dominantes the heck out of me.(though yes I'd perfer them mildly more assertive than I am as I can be very quiet at times)
