In one game, I started with a first-round score of 86. The next round I bowled 288. The only difference was one swig of someone's beer. I've never done that since, but it was quite nice to see 6 strikes in a row.
Before any Americans/10 pin bowlers get shocked, I should clarify that this was 5 pin bowling.
So, if you do decide to go, take ONE sip, not less than one, nor more than one. Not two, as it is more than one. Nor should it be three, as that is two too many, just one, which is more than none ... (ok, so I don't really know Monty Python, but they did something like that once ...) |
