are excused for owning more than one pair of shoes if they have a proven functionality.

For instance, I own:

  • Sperry Topsiders - for sailing
  • Tevas - for white water rafting
  • Buckle up black dress shoes - for formal occasions
  • Tennis shoes - for workout/running
  • old tennis shoes - for nasty work
  • Teva Climbing Shoes - for rock climbing
  • Comfortably worn in hushpuppies - for work

What i dont understand is the need for several pairs of shoes for ONE outfit (to wear to work). One of my girlfriends did this, and it drove me nuts...
