Went into CompUSA to buy a computer...not just look, but buy, like money was in hand, knew what was wanted, etc.
Waited for 45 minutes, no help came..said F<fyos> it and went to buy a computer game (for the computer I have). Got into line to pay for it..after 30 minutes in line (1 person at 1 register, at least 45 people in line, and people actually in line putting down their stuff and saying "this is stupid") went to find manager to complain. He was standing talking to one of his staff (about whoknows what) and when I told him about the line and lack of help he didn't apologize, offer to help, or anything.
Just kind of shruged. I handed him my computer game, told him he just lost 2000$ in business and walked out. I swear I'll never go back to one.
