No. . . . it's definitely the parents. Who let their kids play in the bed of their pickup truck. Or in the street. Cause yeah, that's where I want to have my kids playing. When the kids get older, I'd bet dollars to donuts that the parents will let them sit on skateboards and ride all the way down the hill. . . . and right into the oncoming cross-street traffic (which does not have a stop sign there). That is, if the parents haven't already moved out because of some hillbilly-esque feud with the drunk neighbor (the one on our street who's always drunk, always kicking or yelling at his dog, and always screaming at the parents to keep their damn kids off the street). Sigh. Evolution.
