How did your neighborhood survive? by MikeCDN2002-11-01 09:14:06

Nope. Kids are lazy by mortaine 2002-11-01 10:26:38
It doesn't seem to matter if we make our halloween decorations fancy or simple. We live on a steep hill. Kids are too lazy to walk up the hill to get treats. There are kids who live NEXT DOOR (not even up or down the hill) who did not come over last night to get their treat. We did not get even one trick-or-treater last night.

I am a little steamed about this. We put up with their kids running all over our yard, playing in the street behind our cars (cause a street is a perfect place for a 3 year-old to play, right), and we even let our neighbors install a "slow children at play" sign on our property. And they couldn't even be bothered to come by to show off their costumes and be neighborly, just one day out of the year?

People suck.
