It all depends on the customer. You'll get the ones with some glimmer of intelligence that only call when something is really gone wrong and the ones that call because the cleaning crew accidently disconnected their printer.

The first type means you're about to be very, very busy trying to clean up the mess but it's usually sorta fun since it's a tricky problem.

The second type means you're about to waste several hours trying to figure out why the printer won't work. And since you're not at the same location as the printer and the customer insists on saying "Yes, I checked the cables," You'll never figure it out!
