is back on the streets after having some money for a while, like in that episode where his Dodge was about to reach 1.000.000 miles and he got a cellphone to stay in touch with the family while trying to get to 2.000.000 miles after spoiling the first attempt. Phew, what a sentence... Anyway, if you have an accident in Germany while holding a cellphone in your hand you _will_ pay for that. And if you have hands-free and do it you still may get problems (for being irritated). So (like Nancy Reagan said): Just say "No!". Aquacooler
